PRE ORDER / MADE TO ORDER  

All "Pre Order" items are 100% made to order and will take 6-12 weeks to ship. Shipment delays do not qualify for refunds. Please do not email us for updates on your order if the estimated time for shipment has not yet elapsed. Please email info@caliacollection.com if your tracking number is not sent in the estimated time frame.

At this time all domestic orders are shipped using Australia Post. Please follow your tracking number for updates with tracking. If there is an issue with your delivery please follow up directly with Australia Post with your tracking number.

All orders are processed for dispatch within one-three business day.

Express — 1 to 4 business days $16.00 
Standard — 2 to 8 business days $12.00

Shipping to - Rest of world
International Express - 6 -10 business days $46.00
International Standard - 6 - 25 business days $32.00

 

Confirmation of your order will be emailed to you upon placement, as well as tracking info when your order has been dispatched.

During new collection launches and sale periods, we endeavour to commit to our normal delivery times however processing may take up to two business days.

From dispatch, delivery speeds are subject to courier capacity and may be delayed during busy selling periods e.g. Christmas.

 

CUSTOMS FEES, DUTIES & TAXES 

Please note we do not cover Customs Fees, Duties and/or Taxes and do not accept returns or issue refunds to customers on orders that were not received due to unpaid duties.

Customs Fees, Duties and/or Taxes vary between countries. Additional Fees, Duties and/or Taxes may be applied at the port of entry of the receiver's country.

If you are unsure about Customs Fees, Duties and/or Taxes in your country, please contact your Postal Provider or Customs Office prior to placing an order. We take every effort to ensure a quick and smooth delivery however we do not take responsibility for any delays and extra fees that may be applied at Customs in the receiving country.

It is the customer’s responsibility to cover any additional Fees, Duties and/or Taxes that may apply.  Payment is necessary for your parcel to be delivered.

SEPARATE SHIPMENTS

If you have placed multiple orders and/or purchase multiple items, these may be shipped separately - If this occurs, you will be updated accordingly with separate tracking numbers.
